My group classes are an affordable, fun way to build your movement routine into your daily life in Neukölln and Kreuzberg, Berlin. I teach a variety of different methods and practices to support you in having a strong, supple body that you can connect with.

All of my classes incorporate intelligent methods to train your fascia + muscles and align your skeletal system. Moving your body helps to regulate your nervous system and brain functions, prevent or recover from injury, and even strengthen your immune system. You’ll learn how to improve body awareness and maintain feeling confident in moving and knowing how to listen to your body. Expect a sweet fusion of fun and focus, always set to custom made playlists and with plenty of options for you to work where you want to work. You can bring any of your work-out goals to the classes, but I work really hard to keep toxic beauty standards, aesthetic idealisations and compare and despair culture away from my spaces. You can rise to the challenge and stay on track, but you can’t punish and extract.

If you want some special attention or a tailored program, you can work with me 1-1, either as a one off or over a recurring period. Private classes take place online or at your house.

YOGA

Yoga is a way of life, it’s a school of the science of the body and mind. It’s a devotional practice that develops a felt sense of connection beyond the individual. Yoga is a practice to serve life in all it’s forms.

Monday nights are a place to tap into the wisdom of the body, observe the spirals of the mind and empower your ability to respond instead of habitually react. You learn the practices that you can apply to your life, outside of the studio.

The movement principles for these twice weekly rituals are interdisciplinary (not exclusively fundamental yoga asana) the essence of the class is embodied leadership and expanding your ability to be present and connected.

If you’re ready for a deeper, more committed practice, then Immersion could be for you. Once a month gatherings in Kreuzberg to learn more about what it means for you to live an embodied life whilst integrating into a community of others who are also on the path.

PILATES

I’ve trained in the Pilates Archival method, designed by Joseph Pilates. This is the original method of Pilates, that lead the way to the popularised classical and contemporary Pilates that are familiar through-out the city.

In my Pilates classes you’ll work through some fun interpretations of the original exercises, develop overall strength and flexibility and generally have a good time. The workouts are snappy and energising and give you a great opportunity to be in touch with your body and see yourself gradually improving as you keep coming back each week.

We’ll go deep with plenty of repetition so you can feel the beloved burn and think of me sweetly the next day ;-)

MFS + ELDOA

Based on techniques created by renowned French osteopath, Guy Voyer, these classes are designed to improve the quality of your soft tissue (fascia and muscle) and reduce the friction between all the layers for smoother functional mobility, efficient recovery and injury prevention. ELDOA is a form of postural therapy, specifically intended to decompress the joints at specific levels of the spine. It’s a love letter to your back and a great companion to anyone living with chronic pain and certain conditions of the spine.

Both Myofascial Stretching and the ELDOA classes are awake classes, where you will place your body under deliberate, precise tension and stay very concentrated. It’s an extremely effective way to work your body, people often report noticing immediate effects after the class!

BARRE

Whether cardio, classic or full body, this ballet-pilates fusion workout will develop strength, mobility and coordination. Set to a killer soundtrack and taught to the rhythm of the music, most of the class is done standing on one leg, training pelvic and lower back stability. No need to be a ballet dancer! Expect music ranging from UK garage to disco and even some 80’s sycnth-pop woven in.

SWEAT BODY

A perfectionist recovery lead and follow dance aerobics class. Absolutely not designed to be done perfectly, but as a place for you to let loose and embrace pleasure, expression, feeling and moving. Each month I release a new Monthly Mixtape and we dance the same choreography all month until we let it go at the release party and move on to a new frequency.

There is really nothing else like this in Berlin, believe me - I’ve looked everywhere! It’s a fast paced, friendly dance work-out with full permission to be exactly as you need to be. You’ll learn to hold space for yourself, to stretch your comfortzone and expand your music taste.
