Urban Day Ritual

Sunday 2nd February 2025 in honour of Imbolc and the slow ascent out of the Winter towards Spring. Booking is now open

Hosted at Urban Healing Unit, Alt-Treptow, we’ll spend all day together until late in to the evening, immersed in ceremony and ritual, feasting on delicious food and indulging in UHU’s hand-crafted Sauna, bathtub and large cosy living room full of nooks and crannies to snuggle into. To bridge the day into the evening, interdisciplinary artist Malu Lopez will guide us through a somatic sound journey of texture and vibration.

This is a unique event and very special time of year to practice intentionally and s l o w l y moving out of the darkness and towards more creative, productive time of spring and summer. We’ll honour the lessons of winters descent and prepare the mind and body for spring. You can think of it as the embodied new year that reflects cycles of contraction and expansion, gives room for (dis)integration and aligns with the natural world.

This is going to be a truly beautiful event and I encourage you whole heartedly not to miss it.
