The purpose of this application process is really for you to get in touch with your motivation for joining, and to let me see you as clearly as possible.

the work is slow and either way, there is no end goal. Consider the commitment you are ready to make. (starting March 2025)

This work is disruptive, because you will discover and deconstruct limiting patterns and old habits that you've previously relied on for a sense of safety. It is important that you feel prepared to be here. Do you feel of solid enough mind, body and spirit to embark on this pathway? Only you know. Please tell me if there is anything specific you are working with or that I should be aware of. I will never push you to go somewhere you're not ready to, but by nature, the path of embodied learning takes you into your subconscious, which is where all your life experiences, memories, habits and conditioning resides. It brings things up in order to alchemise them, that's why we go slow. Please know that you should only ever choose to do this work freely and responsibly. If you are not sure, let's talk about it. If you have nothing to add to this, please just confirm that you are ready and capable of taking responsibility for your spiritual, mental and physical well-being whilst we work together.
