Cancellation Policy + Conditions

Please read the cancellation + conditions policy before you book updated 19.02.2025
 

• all payments made are non-refundable, unless you find someone to replace you, then an admin fee of 150 euro is applied.

• If the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control or by decision from Inn-vivo or Grace Farmer, you will be fully refunded.

• It is important that you arrive on time to this event. Please make arrangements to be at Inn-Vivo no later than 16:00Uhr on the Thursday afternoon.

• Please treat the house with care and respect, it is made from natural materials that require special attention to maintain their function and quality.

• With regards to your conduct in the workshops taught by Grace Farmer, please refer to the service agreement and understand that you are responsible for your own mental, physical and emotional well-being.
